To The Editor:

We, the people, must, I repeat must, have legislation where we the people can impeach these politicians that do not abide by the oath of their office plus infringe on our Constitution rights.

However, we must have this legislation done, but not through the politicians, because they stick together like fly paper. Not only that they would put it on hold and say it would take years for the legislation to go through. We need this legislation now.

Obama has infringed on our rights when he took his oath. In his oath to office, he pledged to protect our Constitution. He has breached his oath of office when he made infringements on the people’s Second Amendment.

This also applies to the dictator governor. He must of have made private phone calls to these legislators prior to their night time illegal meeting. The law states that extortion is illegal, therefore all of the politicians that were involved in this illegal procedure must be dismissed from office now because all involved violated our rights of the Second Amendment, plus using extortion and holding an illegal meeting to pass it where we the people had no knowledge of the meeting. The dictator governor must of made a special deal with Addie Russell, cause she came up with her deal two days after that.

Then the dictator governor stated after he was in office do not put people in prison to create jobs. Now he has proposed a law to not arrest anyone with small amount of marijuana. This is why our society is so screwed up. The dictator governor wants to take our guns away from us. He and Obama say no, but if we let them get their foot in the door way they will go further.

The criminals commit big crimes and these judges let them back on the streets on probation. How is the probation officer going to oversee all of these criminals, because they are all repeaters?

The D.A. said they must make deals with criminals to get evidence. These criminals have more rights then the law abiding citizens.

I agree with Mr. Currier, chief of police. Judiciary system has gone astray.

With the crime of the beating and the attempted kidnapping that happened in Massena, what would if a law abiding citizen came to rescue with a weapon like a gun to prevent the crime from going any further. Would he or she be arrested or shot for having gun to prevent a crime or would the law allow the criminals to press charges against the law abiding citizen.

Not only that an accused murderer was allowed to put an article on Facebook, while he is in jail awaiting trial. Will this have affect on choosing a jury. Where is the justice?

These politicians that are for cutting back on military pay and having Fort Drum on the closer list. They are a bunch of hypocrites. These loyal citizens take an oath to fight for our country.

They go in harm’s way and some of them lose their lives, lose eyesight, and lose arms, legs and you politicians do this. How in hell can any of you hold your heads up. The final say we do not need all these politicians. Let’s eliminate some of these politicians’ positions because some them are getting too much power and the county could save a lot of money.

Not only that these politicians that are over 65 are getting paid and drawing Social Security. These old politicians should be tested for Alzheimer’s Disease. If they are not fit to do the proper job, they should be dismissed.
