Watertown- Horace M. “Sparky” O’Riley, 81, Harvard St., Watertown, passed away Thursday afternoon at the Samaritan Medical Center where he had been a patient for three weeks.Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, March 17th from 1 pm - 5 pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
