OGDENSBURG - Mark A. Reese, 40, of 901 Ford Ave., was arrested Monday by Ogdensburg police after a sealed St. Lawrence County Court indictment was opened charging him with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police said he was accused of selling the pain medicine Oxycodone. He was arraigned and released to the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department. More arrests are expected, said Detective Daniel Mousaw.
