Amber K. Maynard, 21, of 1429 Gill St., Apt., 424A, Watertown, was charged by city police Sunday night at 1429 Gill St. with second-degree harassment. She is accused of punching Miguel A. Chavez, 1429 Gill St., Apt. 448D, in the face several times. She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $100 bail and was to be arraigned in city court.
