Potsdam – Charles E. Varney, 59, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, March 18, 2013 at Canton Potsdam Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 – 4 & 6 to 8 with a Remembrance Gathering at 8. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Potsdam Central School or American Heart Association.
