Dustin J. Pryce, 29, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 12, was charged by Watertown police Wednesday night at his residence with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police said he possessed a dagger and a glass smoking device, which police said tested positive for marijuana residue. The weapon charge is a felony due to a 2004 petit larceny conviction, police said.

He was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
