Carthage- Harold L. Waite, 74, Sayre Rd., Carthage, died Tuesday morning in the emergency room of the Carthage Area Hospital from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident earlier that morning.Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown.
