Jason H. Mereau, 36, of 1701 Jay Street, was ticketed at 9:32 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Ford Street for driving a motor vehicle with an expired inspection, Ogdensburg police said.

Kylea R. Blantz, 25, of 121 Rowley St., Gouverneur, was ticketed at 2:08 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of State Street for speeding in a school zone, city police said.

Ryan M. Farrell, 21, of 928 Parma Center Road, Hilton, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday at Monroe County Correctional Facility, Rochester, on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear and a St. Lawrence County bench warrant for revocation of probation. Mr. Farrell was originally charged with littering and underage possession of alcohol. He is being held for arraignment, city police said.

Shelby L. Barr, 21, of 343 Belmont Courts, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday on a state police warrant for petit larceny. She was turned over to state police in Watertown, city police said.

Jay J. Pickman, 56, of 529 Elizabeth St. was ticketed at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday at Morris and Canton streets for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Richard L. Parmeter, 56, 232 Washington St., was ticketed at 5:19 p.m. Wednesday at State and Canton streets for failure to use designated lane, city police said.
