CANTON Erica Geremia scored one goal and assisted on eight others as the SUNY Cortland womens lacrosse team routed St. Lawrence University 15-5 in a nonconference game on Thursday.
Marilyn Farrell led the Red Dragons (5-1) with three goals. Liz Beville, Emma Hayes-Hurley, Tara Monaghan and Taylor Harney each scored twice for the Red Dragons. Gina Campese, Taylor Robinson and Nicole Bello added single goals.
Brigid Hurley led the saints (3-2) with two goals. Joey Kelley, Michaela Maybee and Holly Noyes also scored for SLU.
■ Christine Wright scored four goals to lead Clarksons womens lacrosse team to an 11-6 win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps in a nonconference game in West Palm Beach, Fla, pushing the Golden Knights to a school-record 5-0 mark to start the season. Katie VanDeValk scored three goals and Alyssa Cristaldi added two for Clarkson. Rachel Darby led Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (5-6) with two goals.
