Kenneth T. Centeno, 21, of 1640 County Route 28, Lisbon, was ticketed Sunday at 2:18 a.m. on Franklin Street for wrong way on a one-way street, city police said.

Robert M. Tulip, 20, of 54 E. River St., was issued a summons Saturday at 8:16 p.m. on Downtown Arterial Highway for squealing tires, Ogdensburg police reported.

Jennifer L. Eggleson, of 5686 Route 812, Ogdensburg, called city police Saturday at 3:33 p.m. to report that her son’s bicycle was stolen.

Jordan D. Bouchey, 33, of Saranac Lake, and Ronald S. Bell, 32, of 632 Ford St., were each arrested Saturday at 11:53 a.m. for disorderly conduct following a fight, Ogdensburg police said.

Kristi A. Thorpe, 27, of 924 Elizabeth St., was arrested Saturday at 2:45 a.m. for first-degree criminal contempt. City police said she would not leave a residence.

Brian L. Middlemiss, 28, of 426 Clark St., was ticketed Saturday at 12:03 a.m. on Canton Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no headlights, city police said.

Mary R. Miles, 42, of Watertown, was issued a summon Friday at 10:39 p.m. on Route 37 for unregistered motor vehicle and no/inadequate headlamps, city police said.

Norman R. Todd Jr., 47, of 928 Knox St., Apt. B, was arrested Friday at 7:43 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment. Ogdensburg police said the charge stemmed from a domestic incident.

Andrew W. Smith, 47, of 1111 Pickering St., was ticketed Friday at 7:41 p.m. on Proctor Avenue for no headlamp, city police said.
