Alyssa Cristaldi scored seven goals to lead the host Clarkson Golden Knights to a 16-2 victory over Skidmore in the Liberty League opener for both teams.
Christine Wright (IHC graduate) added four goals and three assists for Clarkson (6-0, 1-0). Katie VanDeValk scored two goals and Kerrie Cline, Nicole Kelly and Marissa Mastronardi also scored.
Robin Fetterolf led Skidmore (1-5, 0-1) with six goals.
RENSSELAER 7, ST. LAWRENCE 6 (OT)
Alissa Peterson scored with 19 seconds left in overtime to lead the Engineers (5-1, 1-0) past St. Lawrence University in a Liberty League game in Canton.
Peterson and Shannon Maguire each scored two goals for RPI. Brigid Hurley tallied four goals for the Saints (4-4, 0-1).
SUNY CANTON 19, MORRISVILLE STATE 12
Tressa Goolden scored seven goals and Keeley Rice added six as the Kangaroos defeated Morrisville State in a nonconference contest in Canton.
Brittani Bessette scored three goals for SUNY Canton (4-3). Brooke Knight scored two and Robyn Carro also scored. Shelby Wood and Cassie Edmondson had four goals for Morrisville State (1-4).

SYRACUSE — Kevin Rice totaled six points, including three goals, and Derek Maltz scored four goals as Syracuse University rolled past Canisius, 17-5, on Friday night in a nonconference men’s lacrosse game at the Carrier Dome.
Derek DeJoe, Scott Loy and Ryan Barber each scored two goals for the ninth-ranked Orange (6-2), which rebounded with a victory after being dealt its first loss in five games last Saturday at Big East foe Villanova.
Matt Walters and JoJo Marasco each chipped in with a goal and an assist for the Orange.
Freshman and Carthage High School graduate Tom Grimm recorded his first collegiate point with an assist in his third game with Syracuse.
ST. LAWRENCE 3-10, RIT 1-5
Carter Franz hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning to lead the Saints (7-3, 2-0) past the Tigers (5-4, 0-2) in the opening game of a Liberty League sweep for the Saints in Rochester.
Joe Riley struck out eight for SLU in game one and Khifer O’Connor went 2-for-3. Jeff Kott went 3-for-4 with four RBI for the Saints in game two.
CLARKSON 9-7 SKIDMORE 3-9
David Wixted went a combined 7-for-9 as the Golden Knights (4-6, 1-1) split a Liberty League doubleheader with Skidmore in Saratoga Springs.
Bryan Chudy struck out nine for Clarkson in game one. John Coleman, Dan Lenney and Nolan Discoll each had two hits in game two.
Skidmore (4-6, 1-1) scored three runs in the seventh and eighth innings of game two to produce a comeback win.
FISHER 5-10, SUNY CANTON 2-0
Chris O’Hare threw a two-hit shutout and struck out 19 to help Fisher (15-12) sweep the Kangaroos in a nonconference doubleheader in Lynn, Mass.
Yuliano Rodriguez had two hits for Fisher in the opener. Tom Darling went 2-for-3 for SUNY Canton (3-15) in game one.
JCC 14-5, FINGER LAKES CC 2-2
The Cannoneers pounded out 11 runs on 10 hits in the seventh inning of game one and then took the nightcap to sweep a Mid-State Athletic Conference doubleheader with the Lakers (2-12, 0-2) at Canandaigua.
Kyle Simmons and Louie Diaz drove in two runs apiece in the opener, and Jake Welch struck out seven in six innings for Jefferson Community College (5-8, 2-0).
SUNY BROCKPORT 9-5, SUNY POTSDAM 0-1
The Golden Eagles (6-7, 2-0) scored 14 runs on 18 hits to sweep a SUNYAC doubleheader from SUNY Potsdam at Brockport.
Emily Dumas went 3-for-3 in the opener to lead SUNY Brockport. Jaime Berger gave up just three hits and struck out five in five innings.
Brianna Ferchen and Brianna Harris each drove in runs in game two for SUNY Brockport. Amanda Perry drove in the lone run for the Bears (5-3, 0-2).
SUNY CANTON 14-15, FISHER 8-0
Nicole Mulieri produced eight total hits as the Kangaroos (7-11) swept a nonconference doubleheader from Fisher (0-13) in Lynn, Mass.
Mulieri was 5-for-5 in game two. Andrea Rogers had three hits in the opener for SUNY Canton. Tina DeLuca struck out five and allowed just two hits in game two and went 3-for-4 with three RBIs.
