A woman was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 2:15 a.m. Sunday after she allegedly tried to incite a fight on the 300 block of Mill Street.

Watertown police said Mariaha K. Harris, 22, of 505 Washington St., Apt. 302, waved her arms and yelled about 2 a.m., and resisted attempts by police to handcuff her.

Ms. Harris was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
