HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged John V. Lavare, 24, of Brasher Falls with second-degree harassment Tuesday following an investigation into a report received at 6:51 p.m. Monday from the town of Brasher. Troopers said Lavare was arrested at 2055 County Route 37 in the town of Brasher.



DWAI DRUGS - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Zachary A. Dewey, 24, of Massena with driving while ability impaired by drugs and ticketed him for failure to keep right, making an unsafe turn and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an incident reported at 12:06 a.m. Wednesday on the Lacombe Road in the town of Norfolk.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents Tuesday around the region. Among those were:

■ Leon G. Badger, 75, of Merrill and Agnes N. Gray, 74, of Fort Covington were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday on Route 11, near Airport Road, in the town of Malone.

■ Sarah L. Pratt, 33, of Moira at 10:26 p.m. on County Route 3, near Howard Street, in the town of Fort Covington.
