Tony L. Frezzo II, 20, of 22665 Lewis St., Glen Park, was charged by Watertown police Wednesday afternoon with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and misdemeanor counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and following too closely.

Police said Mr. Frezzo intentionally rammed his 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck into the rear end of a Ford Focus during a Feb. 19 incident on Huntington Street, causing substantial risk of injury. He then fled the scene, police said. No one was injured, but the car sustained a broken rear bumper.

Mr. Frezzo was released after posting $750 police bail and given an appearance ticket for Watertown City Court.
