Four people sustained minor injuries after a three-car collision on Route 68 just outside the city at approximately 2:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Jonathon J. Pribble, 17, and passenger Jordin J. Hazelton, were making a left hand turn when their 2004 Hyundai Sonata was rear-ended by a 2000 tan Chevrolet Impala driven by Amber I. Smith, 20.

The force of the impact sent Mr. Pribble’s car into the left bound lane where it struck a 2002 gravy Dodge Caravan, driven by Penni L. Bass, 36, head on.

State police and emergency crews from Lisbon, Heuvelton and Ogdensburg responded to the accident.

All four victims were transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center for treatment.

No tickets were issued at this point in time. Charges are still pending, Trooper Aaron J. Buck said.

The wreck was cleared shortly after 3 p.m.
