FELONY DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Joseph L. Boisvert, 41, of Massena with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:50 a.m. Monday on Bishop Avenue in the village of Massena. He was also ticketed for making an illegal signal less than 100 feet from the turn and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle. The DWI charge was elevated to a felony because Boisvert reportedly has a driving while intoxicated conviction within the past 10 years.

ONE INJURED - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 4:43 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37, near Ross Road, in the town of Lisbon. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Paul E. Grazioso, 27, of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents from around the region on Sunday. Among those were:

■ Matthew E. Hosmer, 31, of Potsdam at 8:08 p.m. on Pumpkin Hill Road, near Parmeter Road, in the town of Parishville.

■ Thomas A. Hunter, 51, of Lisbon at 11:03 p.m. on County Route 31, near County Route 31A, in the town of Waddington.

■ Ryan A. Keese, 22, of Norfolk and John D. Dailey, 34, of Constable were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 8:24 p.m. on state Route 37, bear the Foy-Eldred Road, in the town of Fort Covington.
