DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brandon A. Huckle, 24, of Potsdam with disorderly conduct - violent behavior at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on Market Street following an altercation on Market Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Johnathon T. Wolfe, 21, of Norfolk with disorderly conduct - abusive language at 2:05 a.m. Sunday at following an incident at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kara D. Chapin, 22 of Wolcottfor failure to yield right of way entering roadway following a two-vehicle personal injury accident at 11:48 a.m. Sunday on Elm Street.Potsdam Rescue and Potsdam Fire also responded to the accident scene.

UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Julia Gilbert,20, of Phoenix, N.Y., with unauthorized use/possession of license at 4:59 p.m. Sunday after found property was turned over to the Potsdam Police Department.
