The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Nicholas G. Brown, 17, of 43720 Second St., Redwood, also was charged early Sunday by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, speed not reasonable or prudent, failure to keep right and unsafe passing.
Deputies said he was involved in a property-damage accident Saturday night on Route 180 in the town of Orleans, then left the scene in another vehicle that was parked nearby. He was located later at his residence.
Mr. Brown had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent, deputies said. State law says a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.
■ Griffin G. Strader, 24, of 26224 Golden Drive, Evans Mills, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with stopping on the highway at 3:12 a.m. Saturday on County Route 75 in the town of Hounsfield. He had a BAC of 0.15 percent, deputies said.
■ Nicholas R. Williams, 26, Davison, Mich., was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 7:50 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 81 south in the town of Ellisburg. His BAC was not available, but aggravated DWI requires one of 0.18 percent or higher.
■ Leando Henderson Jr., 32, of 11778 Waterview Place, Fort Drum, also was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with speeding at 11:25 p.m. Friday on Jewett Place in the town of LeRay. He had a BAC of 0.11 percent, deputies said.
■ Patricia M. Bush, 23, Antwerp, was charged by state police at 2:18 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of LeRay. She had a BAC of 0.16 percent, police said.
■ Bernard C. Roof, 65, LaFargeville, was charged Wednesday by state police in connection with a minor accident Dec. 23 on County Route 12 in the town of Clayton. Police said they just received blood test results showing that he had a 0.11 percent BAC.
■ Scott P. Brainard, 50, of 355 Willard Road, Massena, was charged by state police at 3:42 p.m. Saturday on Route 56, Massena. A trooper saw him consuming an alcoholic beverage in his car, police said. His BAC was listed as 0.13 percent.
■ Andrew H. Mitchell, 61, of 230 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 11:19 p.m. Friday at a border checkpoint. Mr. Mitchell was entering Massena from Cornwall, Ontario, police said. His BAC was not available.
■ April M. Charleson, 32, of 327 Buckton Road, Winthrop, was charged by state police at 2:06 a.m. Saturday after she was stopped for failing to obey a stop sign on Church Street in Brasher Falls, police said. Her BAC was listed as 0.14 percent.
■ Erik L. Moreno, 23, of 163 Wood Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday by Ogdensburg police on Green Street, Ogdensburg, where he was stopped for driving in the wrong lane, police said. His BAC was listed as 0.13 percent.
