Watertown woman accused of cutting bike’s brake line

Rachel M. Zejesky, 21, of 16 Public Square, Apt. 3, was accused Saturday of intentionally cutting the brake line of a neighbor’s bicycle with a pocket knife.

Ms. Zejesky was charged by Watertown police with fourth-degree criminal mischief, answerable in City Court.

The bicycle belonged to Richard Welser of 16 Public Square, Apt. 1, police said.
