PHILADELPHIA Three men were injured in a one-car crash early Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Philadelphia that damaged a parked car and business sign.
Jefferson County sheriffs deputies said Nevin A. Bradford, 22, of 10602 5th Armored Division Drive, 122A, Fort Drum, was driving south in a 2008 Dodge four-door sedan when he went off the left side of the road, hit a culvert and went airborne. The vehicle slammed into a 1993 Honda two-door sedan belonging to Sarah J. Tomarchio, Fulton, that was parked next to the road, and flipped over.
The vehicle then hit a sign for Countrymans Garage at 3448 Route 11 and flipped back over onto its wheels, deputies said.
Mr. Bradford complained of back pain, while two passengers Blake W. George, 22, and Hakeem E. English, 23 both complained of neck pain. All three were taken by ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
Another passenger, Nathan W. Clowdus, 19, was not injured.
Mr. Bradford was charged with failure to keep right, having no registration and operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration, answerable in Philadelphia Town Court.
