At 12:10 p.m. Saturday, Roger G. Moore, 30, of 230 Montgomery St., was issued a summons at 12:10 p.m. for an open container violation at the 100 Block of Oak St., Ogdensburg Police said.

Erik L. Moreno, 23, of 163 Wood Road, Lisbon, was issued a summons at 1:05 a.m. in the 700 block of New York Avenue for open container, city police said. He was later arrested at 2:49 a.m. in the 300 block of Greene Street for driving while intoxicated. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent. He was also ticked for failure to drive in the appropriate lane.

At 2:02 a.m. Sunday, David R. Redmond Jr., 30, of 1113 Ford St., was issued a summons in the 100 block of Oak Street for open container violation and littering, city police said.

Robert L. Cardinal, 63, of 13 South St., Gouverneur, was ticketed at 8:58 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of Ford Street for driving an uninspected motor vehicle, city police said.

Mark S. Durham, 20, of no fixed address, was charged at 11:07 p.m. Saturday in the 300 section of Belmont Courts for resisting arrest, underage possession of alcohol and open container, city police said.
