CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Cody A. Gonzalez, 18, of Grand Isle, Vt., with third-degree criminal mischief Wednesday afternoon following an investigation into a complaint at 9:47 a.m. April 13 from the town of Canton. The arrest was made at 202 Reif Hall on the St. Lawrence University campus. The value of the damage was more than $250.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Evelyn S. McLaughlin, 19, of Brooklyn and Franklyn Carela, 20, of New York City with petit larceny following a complaint at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday from the town of Potsdam.



HARASSMENT - BRASHER FALLS - Winthrop-based state police charged Deshelia R. Thomas, 37, of 144 South Racquette River Road, Massena, with second-degree harassment Wednesday night stemming from a complaint received at 9:15 p.m. April 14 from the town of Brasher.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Debra A. Payne, 56, of Fort Covington with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday. The arrest was made at 66 Center St., Fort Covington, troopers said.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on the McCarthy Road, near the Lincoln Bridge Road, in the town of Stockholm.



FORCIBLE TOUCHING - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Karl D. Prashaw, 45, of Gouverneur with forcible touching Tuesday following complaints from the town of Potsdam on April 29 and the towns of Lisbon and Louisville on April 24.



AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - Canton-based state police charged a 15-year-old male with second-degree aggravated harassment stemming from a complaint received at 7 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Potsdam. The juvenile’s case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Vanessa M. Conley, 35, of Syracuse with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday on Route 37 in the village of Massena.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - NORTH LAWRENCE - State police investigated several property damage accidents around the region on Tuesday. Among those were:

■ Peter James Taylor, 19, of Brushton at 11:27 a.m. on Route 11, near the Hallahan Road, in the town of Lawrence.

■ David J. Fountain, 49, of Canton at 12:27 p.m. on the Port Kent Road, near Route 11B, in the town of Lawrence.
