UNAUTHORIZED USE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jason R. Goray, 20, of Hudson Falls with unauthorized use of license at 9 p.m. Wednesday following an investigation into the subject attempting to use a fake ID to gain entry into a bar on April 19.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Adam J. Clark, 27, of Winthrop with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps operation of a vehicle without insurance and operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration at 11:37 p.m. following a traffic stop on May Road. Police said the traffic stop was initiated after an officer observed a vehicle traveling with inadequate stop lamps. The vehicle’s registration and driver’s operating privileges were found to be suspended for having no insurance in effect.

1410 Potsdam Rescue and patrols dispatched to Mayfield.

1556 A debit card was found and turned in to Potsdam PD.Attempting to notify the owner.

1618 A set of keys were turned in.The owner was contacted and will be in to retrieve.

1841 Dog bite complaint that occurred on Bay Street.

1848 Patrol dispatched to report of a possible mental health incident.Investigation continues.

2111 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

2154 Traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue. Verbal warning issued.

2202 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

2217 Patrols responded to a noise complaint.

2222 Received a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Market Street. Patrols responded but were unable to locate the vehicle.
