OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary L. Rosenthal, 25, of Miami, Fla., with an open container violation and littering at 1:51 a.m. Thursday on Market Street after an officer observedhim throw an open container of an alcoholic beverage on the ground.
UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Bradey M. Malone, 20, of Potsdam for moving from lane unsafely at 3:26 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Market Street.
FRAUDULENT ID - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brittany L. Groat, 19, of Delanson with an attempt to purchase alcohol by fraudulent means at 5:21 p.m. Thursday at T & R Wines and Liquors, Seacomm Plaza. Police said Groat attempted to purchase alcohol with a fake ID.
