PHILADELPHIA William Eichner doubled and drove in two runs as the Indian River baseball team beat General Brown, 9-8, in a Frontier League crossover game on Thursday.
The Warriors staged a four-run rally in the fourth inning to pull ahead, 8-7, and each team tacked on a run in the sixth. Indian River improved its record to 4-4, overall and league.
Jordan Schofield supplied two hits for General Brown (3-9, 2-9).
IHC 12, SOUTH JEFFERSON 1
Robin Massey tossed a two-hitter, striking out 10, and doubled, singled and drove in two runs to pace the Cavaliers to a crossover triumph in Adams.
Spencer Sharlow slugged a two-run home run in a five-run fourth inning for IHC (5-2) and singled.
Louis Freda doubled, singled and knocked in two runs for the Cavaliers against the Spartans (2-8, 1-7).
WATERTOWN 19, A-P-W 1
Ryan Bajjaly supplied three hits and Christian Jorden doubled and drove in four runs as the host Cyclones routed the Rebels in a crossover game.
Jared Bellinger went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Josh Belch doubled and knocked in a run, and Sam Maphey struck out five, allowing two hits in five innings for Watertown (9-3, 7-0).
SOUTH LEWIS 11, SANDY CREEK 5
Jason Martin singled twice and drove in a run and Nathan Pleskach doubled and singled to help pace the Falcons to a C Division win in Turin.
Dominic Ventura singled twice, Shawn Loomis tripled and Hunter Jones doubled for South Lewis (10-1, 9-1).
Wyatt Marolf pitched a complete game, scattering five hits to earn the win.
Jarod Williams singled twice and drove in a run for the Comets (6-4), and Ben Sheppard doubled and knocked in two runs.
SOUTH JEFFERSON 11, IHC 0
Alex Mooney doubled and finished 3-for-4 in her season debut, and Heather Williams launched a three-run home run to lead the Spartans to a crossover victory over the Cavaliers in Adams Center.
Mooney missed the teams first nine games due to a right ankle injury suffered in the preseason. Janessa Vaadi tossed five shutout innings for South Jefferson (9-1). Miranda Kolb went 2-for-3 for IHC (2-6, 0-6).
GENERAL BROWN 9, INDIAN RIVER 3
Katie Pitkin struck out 12 and allowed three hits as the Lions captured a crossover win over the Warriors (6-6, 3-5) in Philadelphia.
Nikki Maier tripled and singled, while Hannah Smithers and Chelsea VanTassel each doubled for General Brown (10-2, 9-1).

Amber Rice fanned 12 and Rhiannon Wheeler contributed three hits and three RBIs as the Rebels (9-1) routed the host Cyclones (2-8, 1-6) in a crossover game.
SANDY CREEK 13, SOUTH LEWIS 0
Chelesa Claflin belted a solo home run and struck out eight in a two-hit shutout as the Comets blanked the Falcons (10-3, 8-3) in a C Division game at Turin.
Jordan Miller also hit a three-run homer in the second for Sandy Creek (10-1, 9-1).
SOUTH JEFFERSON 14, INDIAN RIVER 8
Brett Maguire and Benner Geurtsen each totaled seven points to lift the Spartans to a crossover win in Philadelphia. Maguire finished with four goals and three assists, while Geurtsen tallied three goals and four assists for South Jefferson (2-9, 2-5).
Austin Robare had three goals and an assist for the Spartans, Philip Isberner scored twice and Corey Slate totaled a goal and three assists.
Connor Brown scored three goals to lead the Warriors (2-6).
FAYETTEVILLE-MANLIUS 18, IHC 2
Jason Wilson scored three goals and assisted on three others to pace the Hornets to a nonleague victory in Fayetteville.
Kevin Lux tallied two goals and three assists for Fayetteville-Manlius (12-0), while Patrick Gefell and Jordan Trudeau each scored a goal for the Cavaliers (7-5).

FALCONS TAKE TWO
Devan Peebles and Sam Benzing each claimed two events as South Lewis swept a Frontier League tri-meet with a 73-68 win over host Watertown and a 94-47 victory over A-P-W. The Cyclones (2-4) captured an 87-45 over the Rebels (1-4).
Peebles won the 400- and 110-meter hurdles, while Benzing took the pole vault and 1,600 for South Lewis (2-3).
Matt Olney won the high and triple jumps for Watertown.
