Antoinette Lee McDonald, 95, of 113 W. Main St., Watertown, passed May 4, 2013 at the Hospice Residence, Gotham St., Watertown.

A funeral mass will be said 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7th at St. Anthony’s Church with the Rev. Donald Robinson, Pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.

She was born on November 24, 1917 in Watertown, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Biondolillo Mitchell. She attended Watertown High School.

She married Edward McDonald of Watertown on September 30, 1938 at St. Anthony’s Church by Monsignor Seki. The couple resided in Watertown and moved to Sackets Harbor in 1957.

Antoinette worked many years at the Carriage House. Her greatest joy on life was her family, grandchildren, cooking for her family and playing cards. Her family will remember her as a loyal, kind, loving women who lived her adult life to the fullest.

Her husband worked at NY AirBrake for 35 years, retiring in 1979. He passed November 15, 1979. Following his death she moved to Watertown and resided at Hill Top Towers since 1979.

She is a communicant of St. Anthony’s Church.

Among her survivors are a son and daughter in law, David L. and Joann McDonald, PA; a daughter and son in law, Sharon L. and Edward Casey, Hyde Park, NY; 4 grandchildren, Shannon Casey Tirums, Scott Casey, Mark McDonald, Laurie McDonald Kehoe; 5 great grandchildren, Abby Casey, Sarah McDonald, Jessica McDonald, Kyle McDonald-Besheone, Brett Kehoe; 1 great great grandchild, Aiden McDonald; a brother and sister in law, John and Joan Mitchell. Watertown; a sister, Mary Bebout; a sister in law, Claudette Mitchell, nieces and nephews.

Two brothers, Sam and Anthony Mitchell, three sisters, Lucy Mitchell, Parmae Speno, and Josephine Castellano all passed before her.
