Three people are facing burglary charges, accused of breaking into a shed Thursday at an unoccupied residence on County Route 59 in the town of Pamelia.

Ross S. Peterson, 47, Peggy Peterson, 45, and Zaccaria F. Marsh, 23, all of 105 Washington St., were each charged Thursday afternoon by state police with third-degree burglary. Mr. Peterson also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in connection with scrap metal taken from the shed.

All three were arraigned in Pamelia Town Court. Mr. Peterson was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $1,000 bail. The other two were released on their own recognizance.
