STOLEN PROPERTY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Thomas J. Delosh, 27, of Canton with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property (credit card) and second-degree forgery Friday afternoon following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 2:58 p.m. April 25 from the village of Potsdam. Troopers said Delosh was taken into custody shortly before 1 p.m. Friday on Pollock Road in the town of Canton, arraigned in local court and had bail set at $10,000 cash.
CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged John W. Campbell, 54, of Waddington with second-degree criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after responding to a complaint at 9 p.m. Friday from the town of Waddington. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $1,500 cash.
DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brooke M. Labaff, 22, of Canton with driving while intoxicated at 1:50 a.m. Saturday following a stop at 178 Market St.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Eric D. Fleury, 18, of Malone with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 37 in the town of Fort Covington.
