Repeal the SAFE Act

To The Editor:

Formal notice tomembers of the state Legislature:

Bill No. 5955 to Repeal the SAFE Act is a legal bill that sits in Albany waiting to be acted on by the Assembly and Senate. There is a “Message of Necessity.” Our entire state is in peril – top to bottom – this law is destroying us. Albany, do your job!

I demand that Senators Patricia Richie, Joseph Griffo, and Betty Littlecosponsor Bill No. A5955 to Repeal the SAFE Act in the Senate and demand it be brought to the floor to be voted on before May 21.

I demand that Bill No. A5955 to Repeal the SAFE Act be cosponsored by Assembly membersAddie Russell, Kenneth Blankenbush, and Marc Butler, be brought before the Assembly immediately and be voted on before May 21.

It is self evident the SAFE Act is unconstitutional. It is proven fact; the SAFE Act was enacted though illegal procedures. It goes without question that the citizens demand that elected official obey the law.

It is fact that a vote to retain the SAFE Act is an act of sedition. Any elected person voting to retain the SAFE Act is not fit to hold office.

Please call and demand action:

Senator Griffo: (518) 455-3334; Richie: (518) 455-3438; Little: (518) 455-2811.

Assemblywoman Russell: (518) 455-5393, Assemblyman Blankenbush: (518) 455-5797, Butler: (518) 455-5393.

Lawrence Kring
