CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Robert F. O’Sullivan, 37, of Brasher Falls with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to injure Saturday after responding to a menacing complaint at 6:56 p.m. from the town of Stockholm. The arrest was made on Locke Street, Brasher Falls.

HARASSMENT - FORT JACKSON - Massena-based stage police reported Sunday that Alleasha A. Logan, 20, of Fort Jackson had been charged with second-degree harassment on April 18 following an investigation into a domestic dispute complaint made to troopers at 9:40 p.m. March 26 from the town of Stockholm.

PETIT LARCENY - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Steven M. Dean, 33, of Rochester with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at 2:50 p.m. Saturday from the town of Stockholm.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents on Saturday. Among those were:

■ Alan D. Todd, 64, of Ogdensburg at 8:53 p.m. on County Route 29, near Howardville Road, in the town of Pierrepont.

■ Scott T. Mezler, 32, of Malone and Anthony G. Alphonso, 69, of North Bangor at 11:22 a.m. in a two-vehicle collision on Route 11, near Delancy Road, in the town of Moira.
