Gouverneur man charged with trespass

GOUVERNEUR — Joshua A. Loucks, 23, of 68 W. Barney St., was charged by village police with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 1:23 p.m. Saturday.

Mr. Loucks allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in the apartment of Heather Loucks, his estranged wife, at 32 N. Gordon St., Apt. 3. When he left the apartment he punched her door, breaking the glass, police said.

He was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and is scheduled to reappear.
