At 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, Sebastian M. Horton, 18, of 506 Cedar St., and Jonathon J. Pribble, 17, 306 Hamilton St., were each charged with petit larceny at Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford Street Extension, Ogdensburg police said. Both men were released on appearance tickets.

City police arrested Timothy R. Irvine, 27, of 312 Hayward St., at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday for second-degree forgery. Mr. Irvine allegedly stole and attempted to cash checks belonging to his father, Timothy Irvine, Sr., 63, 602 Irvine St., in 2010, city police said. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released to probation supervision.

Samantha M. Allison, 23, of 29 Rensselaer Ave., was ticketed at 12:59 p.m. Wednesday for parking in a standing zone, city police said.
