UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jasmine L. Frasher, 21, of Gouverneur for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1 a.m. Thursday on Maple Street.

BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - State police picked up Lisa A. Fogarty, 34, of Potsdam on a Potsdam Village Court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine and turned her over to village police at 3:07 a.m. Thursday. She was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released on her own recognizance.

NO INSURANCE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kendon T. Pysadee, 23, of Brooklyn with operation of a motor vehicle with no insurance and no registration at 2:01 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Main Street after police observed the vehicle had no registration tags displayed.

1345 Received a report of a tree limb on wires on Market Street.

1401 Traffic stop on Market Street. Ticket issued.

1402 Patrol responded along with Potsdam Fire Department to an alarm activation on Market Street.

1406 Potsdam Fire, Rescue, and Police Department responded to a kitchen fire on Waverly Street/

1555 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a motor vehicle accident in West Potsdam.

1619 Completed a record check for the New York State Police.

1756 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call, Patrols also responded.

2128 Received a report of a dog at large. Dog returned to owner.

2232 Report of an unconscious subject at a bar. Patrols and rescue dispatched.
