Roger Clough’s tenure as superintendent of Massena Central School District is coming to an end. I would like to thank him for his devotion to the education and well-being of our youth.

As superintendent, Roger Clough remained committed to the achievements of all young people enrolled in his district.

He made systematic shifts in order to help a greater number of kids succeed; Mr. Clough designed a network of support for youth enrolled in the district’s alternative educational school and Three to Five program. He did this because he is a leader with a vision, and because it was the right thing.
