BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Mark A. Black, 59, of Norfolkon a bench warrant for failure to pay finefrom a 2009 petit larceny conviction at 11:34 a.m. Monday. Black was arraigned by Stockholm Town Justice Wayne Williams and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $300 cash,



NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Sean D. Summer, 30, of Canton for no seatbelt/driver following a traffic stop at 9:11 a.m. Monday on Lawrence Avenue.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Matthew W. Hopper, 27, of Gouverneur for speed in zone (50/30) following a traffic stop at 5:10 p.m. Monday on Lawrence Avenue.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Krista Marie Easton, 39, of Potsdam for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 5:41 p.m. Monday on Grant Street. Police said a routine DMV check of Easton’s operating privileges revealed her license had expired on Wednesday..
