Edwards native Tim Fuller finished 10th in a World of Outlaws late model series race Friday night at the Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio. Fuller started 23rd in the feature after sustaining a flat tire, which occurred in an earlier heat race.
Tim McCreadie finished 19th after a mishap in turn two on lap 16. The Watertown native went to the pits following the spin-out and didnt return to the race. Dave Hess Jr. of Waterford, Pa. won the 50-lap feature.
Fuller and McCreadie are expected to compete in Mondays running of the annual Victoria 200 for big-block modifieds at the Utica-Rome Speedway.
Rain washed out racing at Can-Am Motorsports Park in LaFargeville. The poor weather conditions also claimed race programs at the Brewerton Speedway and the Mohawk International Raceway in Akwesasne.
