The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Robert S. Hardison, 24, Milford, Conn., also was charged at 2:10 a.m. Sunday by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with speeding on Route 11 in LeRay. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.09 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes intoxication.
■ Morgan A. Gayton, 18, of 102 Creekwood Drive, Apt. 4, Watertown, also was charged by state police with speeding and unlicensed operation of a vehicle at 4:15 a.m. Saturday on Route 12 in the town of Watertown. Her BAC was 0.13 percent, police said.
■ Anaika D. Clark, 39, of 355 Quaker Ave., Philadelphia, was charged by state police after being stopped at 12:50 a.m. Saturday on LeRay Street, LeRay. Her BAC was listed as 0.08 percent.
■ Shanee L. Baker, 22, of 253 N. Rutland St., Apt. 1, also was charged by city police at 2:29 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Huntington Street with unsafe backing. Her BAC was 0.15 percent, police said.
■ Alan H. Carmichael, 72, Buffalo, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies with felony DWI and failure to keep right after he was involved in a roll-over accident with a truck and boat trailer at 3:11 p.m. Thursday on Route 3 in the town of Diana. He suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, where a blood sample was taken to determine his BAC.
The charge was a felony because he had a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years, deputies said.
■ Robert A. Williams, 21, of 213½ S. Pleasant St., also was charged by state police at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday with driving without a license and illegal signalling. His BAC was not available.
One motorist was also charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Michael D. Dargenio, 27, of 22615 Route 77, Rodman, also was charged by state police at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, speeding and failure to keep right.
