The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Stefan M. Burnham, 40, of 12799 County Route 155, Adams Center, also was charged at 12:23 a.m. Sunday by Adams village police with failing to keep right and having an uninspected vehicle.
Arrested on East Church Street after allegedly failing to keep in his lane, he had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
■ Rachel M. Stelmach, 21, New Bremen, also was charged at 7:28 p.m. Saturday by Lewis County sheriffs deputies with failing to keep right and using a portable electronic device while driving.
She crashed into a ditch on Number Three Road, Denmark, deputies said. Her BAC was not listed.
■ Robert L. Hewitt III, 28, of 20368 Bagram Road, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI at 3:48 p.m. Friday after a motor vehicle crash. His BAC was 0.20 percent, police said. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Rosemary L. Briscoe, 45, of 8 Bartlett Drive, Gouverneur, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at 11:58 p.m. Thursday on West Main Street in Sackets Harbor with aggravated DWI following a property-damage accident. Deputies said that her BAC was 0.18 percent and that she backed up and hit an unoccupied vehicle.
■ Joshua L. Wenzel, 35, of 28 Cardinal Lane, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 1:20 a.m. Friday with aggravated DWI, improperly traveling down a one-way street, failing to observe a stop sign and failing to signal. His BAC was listed as 0.21 percent.
■ Jeremy T. Sisk, 26, Hazel Green, Ala., was charged by state police at 7:32 a.m. Thursday on State Street in Clayton. His BAC was not available.
