UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed David R. Witherell, 22, of Parishville for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Leroy Street

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Cassandra L. Hyatt, 22, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday on Debra Drive. Police said patrols were dispatched for a report of an altercation between neighbors at the Debra Drive Apartment complex. The investigation concluded that Hyatt had accosted the victim when she was returning to her residence while she was holding her two-year-old daughter in her arms.

1427 Patrols responded to a panic alarm on U.S. Highway 11 to assist the Sheriff’s Department who didn’t have a patrol available.

1433 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

1449 Received a lost property complaint.

1624 Traffic stop on Potsdam Drive. Verbal warning issued.

1706 Received a reckless driving complaint.

1730 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

1746 Received a dog bite complaint. Investigation continues.

1842 Received a harassment complaint at Debra Drive Apartments, Patrols responded and made the above arrest.
