CARTHAGE — Mr. and Mrs. Michael D. Britton, 10481 Route 126, observed their 25th wedding anniversary June 17 and will celebrate in August.

Mr. Britton, son of Mary Britton, Carthage, and Jim Britton, Syracuse, married Gail A. Pomerville, daughter of Anna Moshier, Turin, and the late Burton Pomerville, on June 17, 1988, at Asbury United Methodist Church, Watertown, with the Rev. Lawrence Chamberlin officiating. Honor attendants were Sue Olmstead-Daduski, Glenfield, and James Britton, Rochester, brother of the groom.

Mr. Britton is owner of Signs and Designs, Carthage. He enjoys fishing, the outdoors and gardening.

Mrs. Britton worked with Mr. Britton at Signs and Designs for 12 years. She is a residence manager at Jefferson Rehabilitation Center, Watertown, and enjoys painting, drawing and art.

The couple has two daughters and a son-in-law, Meghan Feliciano, Tampa, Fla., and Nichole and Anthony Potter, Tacoma, Wash.
