LOWVILLE — A Lowville man was arrested Sunday on charges that he held a kitchen knife to the throat of another man.

Village police charged Russell X. Miller, 47, of 5585 Water St., with first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing. He was arraigned in Village Court and sent to Lewis County jail on $7,500 bail.

Mr. Miller was accused of threatening Bradley Streeter with a knife during a dispute.
