Watertown- The funeral service for Nathan M. Pierce will be Monday, July 8, 2:00pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will follow in North Watertown Cemetery. Calling hours will precede the service from 11:00am – 2:00pm.

Nathan died June 28 in the ER of Claxton-Hepburn Hospital, Ogdensburg. He was 30 years old.

Nate was born in Watertown October 29, 1982, a son to Charles F. Jr. and Julie A. Beckstead Pierce. He received his education in the Watertown City School District. He worked in the maintenance department of the U.S. Armory, Ogdensburg, and was excited about taking a new position doing Government work.

Nate enjoyed spending time with his son, Dylan, Syracuse basketball, attending concerts, working at his job, hanging out with his friends, and watching Nascar driver Jimmie Johnson.

Surviving besides his parents, Charles & Julie, are his son, Dylan Pierce, Watertown; 2 brothers, Jordan Pierce, Theresa, Derek Perlaki, Ohio; a sister, Jamie L. Pierce, S. Carolina; 3 nephews, Christopher, Kyler, Jordan Jr.; and a niece, Jayden. Also surviving is the mother of his son, Kylie Rowe, Watertown.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to his son Dylan’s memorial scholarship, PO Box 74, Fine, New York 13639.
