DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary L Merrick, 26, of Prince George, Va., with disorderly conduct and criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:20 a.m. Friday on Market Street after patrols received a complaint of a disorderly subject.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Timothy E. McGregor, 29, of West Stockholm with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle at 7:21 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on May Road.



PROHIBITED SALE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Roy K. Gilmour, 22, of Hammond with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage at 7:26 p.m. Friday at Village Wine and Liquor. Police said Gilmour sold alcohol to a person less than 21 years of age. This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with the New York State Police.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Wendy D. McGregor, 30, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 9:01 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Alexander W. Harcourt, 17, of Colton for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 11:33 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.
