A Mass of Christian Burial for 83-year old Mrs. Anita A. Bouchard will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary’s Church, Potsdam, with Msgr. Robert Aucoin officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Potsdam. Friends may call at Seymour Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The Knights of Columbus will meet at Seymour Funeral Home on Tuesday evening at 8 PM to recite the Rosary.

If friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice & Palliative Care, 6805 US Highway 11, Potsdam, NY 13676; to the annual “Hankfest” music festival, of which her son Greg is one of the founders of the annual event, c/o North Country Savings Bank, 31 Main Street, Potsdam, NY 13676; or to St. Mary’s Church, 17 Lawrence Ave., Potsdam, NY 13676. Mrs. Bouchard died at Canton-Potsdam Hospital on July 6, 2013.

Survivors include three sons, Gregory Bouchard of Potsdam, Jerry Bartlett of Massena, and Howard Bartlett, Jr. of North Lawrence, NY.

Mrs. Bouchard was born in Crogan, New York on April 16, 1930 the daughter of John and Anna (Wilcox) Campney. She married George Lewis Bouchard June 12, 1968 in Norwood. Mr. Bouchard died April 23, 1986.

Arrangements are with the Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam.
