Ogdensburg police ticketed Makala Rae Deloney, 19, of 726, State St., at 8:54 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of New York Avenue for driving 40 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone.

Amy L. Patterson, 38, of 4194 County Route 6, was ticketed by police at 9:28 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Morris and Canton Street for driving with inadequate brake lights and an uninspected vehicle.

Joseph M. Bateman, 30, of 419 Mansion Ave., was arrested by police on a city court arrest warrant at 9:51 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Lake Street for fourth degree grand larceny. Mr. Bateman was sent to county jail and is being held on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. No further details were available.

Police ticketed David P. Ford, 52, of 1102 Jay St., at 10:15 p.m. Friday on the 1000 block of Patterson Street for driving without a tail light.

Police arrested Alonza J. O’Marah, 19, of 530 Rensselaer Ave., at 1:47 a.m. Saturday at his home for first degree unlawfully dealing with a child after police responded to complaints of a loud party. Mr. O’Marah was charged with giving alcohol to minors.

Police also arrested Steven D. Laclair, 21, of 31 Cornell Ave., Massena, at 1:47 a.m. Saturday at 530 Rensselaer Ave. for false personation after he refused to give police his real age. Police said he was attempting to avoid being charged with giving alcohol to minors. Both Mr. O’Marah and Mr. Laclair were released with appearance tickets.

Shane R. Perkins, 35, of 528 Rensselaer Ave., was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Saturday at his home for the unlawful possession of marijuana. Mr. Perkins was released with an appearance ticket.

Matthew A. Rivers, 20, of 373 Pray Rd., was ticketed at 6:03 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Elizabeth and Lafayette Street for driving without a license and failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two car motor vehicle accident.

Police ticketed Diane M. Burns, 48, of 2819 County Route 14, Canton, at 7:59 p.m. Saturday at 605 Elizabeth Street for blocking a fire hydrant.

Police arrested Zachary L. Clary, 28, of 3498 Country Route 27, Russell, at 10:13 Saturday on the 2200 block of Ford Street for public urination. Mr. Clary was released with an appearance ticket.

Police ticketed Kyle W. Streeter, 19, of 20 Loafers Bluff Dr., at 11:53 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of New York Avenue and King Street for driving with an inadequate drivers side tail light.

Aspen K. Jennings, 18, of 718 Linden St., was ticketed by police at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Lafayette Street for not having her headlights on and driving out of class.

Police arrested Anthony M. Parody, 21, of 4180 County Route 6, at 2:07 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Oak Street for resisting arrest. Mr. Parody was also ticketed for having an open container. He was released under his own recognizance.

April Dawn Gotham, 36, of 19 School St., Brier Hill, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Oak Street on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date. She was originally charged with petit larceny. Ms. Gotham was released under her own recognizance.

Patrick J. Kennedy Sr., 31, of 411 Main St., was arrested on an arrest warrant at 2:21 a.m. Sunday on the 700 block of New York Avenue for the criminal possession of stolen property. Mr. Kennedy was released under probationary supervision.

Police arrested George W. Durand, 34, of 813 Mechanic St., at 8:30 p.m. Sunday on a city court bench warrant for failing to complete community service. Mr. Durand was originally charged with third degree burglary and trespassing. He was released under probationary supervision.

Police ticketed Alyssa R. Hicks, 35, of P.O. Box 314, Madrid, at 8:38 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Proctor Avenue for driving 52 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone.

Joseph M. Hutchinson, 29, of 118 Oak St., was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Monday on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date and pay a fine. He was released under probationary supervision. No further details were available.
