HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Amanda L. Walker, 23, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment- physical contact at 1:18 p.m. Wednesday at Debra Drive Apartmentsfollowing an investigation into a June 26 incident when she was reportedly engaged in a physical altercation with another person.
