NEWARK — The Watertown Rams continued their winning ways on Wednesday night.

The Rams scored twice in the ninth inning to rally for a 4-3 victory over the Newark Pilots in a Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League game at Colburn Park.

Watertown (16-13), which has won three of its past four games and 11 out of 14, extended its lead in the West Division to 1 1/2 games over Elmira.

The Rams improved to 6-3 in one-run games and are now 7-10 on the road, including three straight victories away from the Fairgrounds.

Watertown is scheduled to play a doubleheader at Cooperstown today with the first game slated for 2 p.m.
