D.A.R.E. has not only been fun and interesting, it as actually taught me something I want to remember. From the drunk goggles to the videos we watched, I have learned and had fun at the same time.

D.A.R.E. has taught me a plethora of things. I have learned how to deal with stress or when I have a lot of weight on my shoulders. I never actually realized how much drugs and alcohol can destroy your life. The most important thing I have learned was, how to say no to something a peer wants me to do.

The D.A.R.E. decision making model solves many problems. I’ve used it by making good choices, that won’t be resolved in punishment, when there is a lot of peer pressure on me. It also taught me to make the right choice and not the wrong one in a complicated situation.

I plan to use this decision making model in the near future, knowing I will need it at some point. I will also use all the information I have received from D.A.R.E. I know I will choose the right decision when it comes to drugs and alcohol. Recently, our grade has watched a bullying movie. The movie brought me from my world to reality. I now know that I choose not to be a bully, neither a by-standard. I also learned to think before making a risk or choice.

In conclusion, I will never choose to smoke or drink when it’s not allowed. Drugs and alcohol are not the answer for me. Therefore, D.A.R.E. has helped me in many ways, from pressure to making choices. Thank you, Officer Flynn.
