CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - ROSSIE - Gouverneur-based state police charged Jessie L. Dulin, 16, of Potsdam with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and Christopher M. Gilbo, 25, of Colton with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:38 p.m. Monday following a stop on Route 11 in the town of Rossie.



TRESPASS - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Spencer T. Davis, 22, of West Stockholm with trespassing Monday following an investigation into a complaint made at 9:21 p.m. July 5 from the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the arrest was made at 24 River Hill Road.



HYPODERMIC INSTRUMENT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Tammy L. Wray, 37, of Waddington with possession of a hypodermic needle following a traffic stop at 10:37 a.m. Monday on state Route 37 in the village of Massena.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - Massena-based state police charged Kristain A. Smoke, 30, of Akwesasne and Logan P. Smiddy, 17, of Fort Covington with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 6:50 p.m. Monday on state Route 37 in Akwesasne.



CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - POTSDAM - Massena-based state police charged Elijah J. Maine, 23, of Potsdam with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and with having a controlled substance in a non-original container following a traffic stop at 10:22 p.m. Monday on Route 11 in the town of Potsdam.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated several property damage accidents Monday. Among those:

■ Mary E. Martin, 53, of Moira and Susan S. Lambert, 58, of Potsdam were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 10:50 a.m. in the mall parking lot.

■ Brett C. Alexander, 27, of New London and Lawrence F. Trippany, 87, of Massena were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 5:36 p.m. on state Route 37 at the International Bridge Road in the town of Massena.
