THERESA Christopher L. Clearwater, 34, of 310 Main St., was charged Wednesday morning by state police with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree grand larceny.
Mr. Clearwater is accused of taking a debit card from an unidentified victim and using it to acquire $2,333. He also allegedly took a car from a Black River property in another incident. The incidents were reported in February and March, police said.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on no bail.
